The G# minor scale — also called G# Aeolian — contains the notes G#, A#, B, C#, D#, E, and F#.

Its diatonic chords are i (G#m), ii° (A#dim), III (B), iv (C#m), v (D#m), VI (E), and VII (F#).

The natural minor scale — known in modal terms as Aeolian — is the default minor sound, melancholic and introspective. It shares all its notes with its relative major but centres them a minor third lower.
